The lid doesn't quite close over the SATA cable and sometimes wires get caught in the GPU fan but the rest of the cables are nicely sorted in there.

I thought id give it another go taking on your advice with more cable combs. the kit I got only comes with black rubber combs, but i may look into clear or white ones at some stage.
    this is good for now.

basically spot on mate (except top right as there's nothing you can do about that) good job and with those RGB fans you've got me jealous and I don't even like RGB.

There is no back plane for those HDDs, seems very strange for a T1 vendor to have sata cables just hanging out like that.

Oh that's my doing, Lenovo couldn't have pulled off such a feat of brilliant cable organisation.

Haha! I love RGB bro, just the customisation is great. Can adjust your colour scheme based on your wallpaper... I am new to the world of RGB, this is my brand new tax return funded build.
been out of the computer gaming scene since i7 3770k days so the novelty is fresh

    Thanks Bruz!!

Im using the Bitfenix Alchemy 2.0 Extention cables, they are a pain to work with and the 24 pin is twisted, so annoying, i tried to train it to straight out but no luck.. Also the pass-through for the 24 pin is not the best design for my case, you really need to squish down the cables.
