just wondering if others stream and dont mind adding each other so i got something to watch occasionally, ive already got chamelion from here on twitch and a couple of others.

think mine is https://go.twitch.tv/rainbash81 but ill have to set it up when i can.

I hope to use mine a bit more as I've been working out a setup using a second PC. I really like the technical side of streaming.
Also a workmate has decided he wants to get in to it big time and I want to beat him with minimal effort, so please feel free to sub.

    Here I am.

e: Thanks for the follows! I've followed back.

I have a twitch profile but I don't stream since I'm boring as fuck and I don't have much to say. I just watch other people stream their gameplays.

EDIT: is it even possible to stream on ADSL2+?

This is my work's internet speeds and I would kill to have this level at home.

I did a test with my connection and i set it to about 700kbps for a 720p30 stream and it seems to be OK.

think you need about 5mbit to upload comfortably from what i got told by a mate, and im pushin .89 so no mine wont cut it, but on thursday ill be ringing internode (i think) to get nbn connected to our place were moving back to on the 6th. (once its connected you can see if you can get faster and ill go from there. i may not talk much either but im happy to stream my games etc.. and if people choose to watch so be it.

Fair enough. I might just experiment with just doing recordings of my gameplay with my mic audio only: my face is too ugly to show on screen lol

The only problem is learning to just talk about anything and how much to talk.

I'm exaggerating about my face btw.

I could always try recording first then upload to youtube later.

i was recording my dark souls 3 for a bit but 10 minutes of play = a few gig :(.... 3 1/2 hours = 13gb from the one im watching now... and i turned everything down in geforce experience recording settings...

just rang to get internode sorted, they reckon just by looking the house is really close to the node and he reckons 90 mbit isnt out of question... ill start with a slower connection and see :)

I want to try but the net neutrality issue seems to be a concern.
