Powerpoint/LibreOffice impress

I seem to remember that it was possible to save a powerpoint presentation in an almost executable form which, when double-clicked, ran the presentation and allowed the presenter to click through the slides.

Is this possible and, if so, how do I save my presentation in such a format?
