    I'm trying to persuade my HP Laptop (running W10) to send sound to my bluetooth hearing aids.

    I've successfully paired the devices and when I go to the bluetooth settings on the laptop, the hearing aids are listed as paired. When I right-click the entry nothing happens. If I click or double-click the entry I get an option to remove the device.

    When I go to Sound settings there is a drop-down to choose the output device, but the only entry is the speaker/headphone. The hearing aids are not available as an option.

    The hearing aids are successfully connected to my Android tablet, so I thought there might be a clash, with only one device sending sound at a time. I disabled Bluetooth on the tablet but that made no diffrence.

    Is there a solution or will this laptop simply not do what I want?

    Thanks

    Tony

    It should be able to be resolved.

    Double check all steps listed here;

    If still no joy, these people can help you over the phone without charge;
