PS+ freebies this month

i finished Space Marine, was worth the effort, if you like 40k

Here's hoping the EU Store update for August is of similar quality. US gets the first two Walking Dead episodes which is alright, but not quite up to DE:HR levels of awesome.

 

As a US subber I'm not happy with this month at all

Two eps of Walking Dead and nothing else amounts to a demo. The rest would cost me USD$15 which is what I paid in the steam sale for the whole thing anyway!

We also get Darksiders and Renegade Ops replaced half-way through the month so remember to 'purchase' them if you haven't to keep them available for download later once they've been taken off the list of freebies.

Another good month IMO. I've already played DS2 before, but I welcome another go, and Rock of Ages I've meant to check out for a while now.

 

Rock of Ages - played a demo and wasn't overly impressed, but Dead Space 2 is definitely a game you can't miss

 

We also get Retro/Grade when it releases on the 22nd.

 

cant wait to play that at night!

 

Wow, we really are getting good value for money.

Next game is Red Dead Redemption.

And those of us with Vitas also get access to PS+ content.

Didnt play a PC or PS3 game for ages and got so bored on Sunday and jsut decided to upgrade to a 500gb and subscribe to PS+ !

Playing Just Cause 2 now, all the rest are in my to download folder. Pretty awesome service really.

Giving it a bit of a play. Only just started really. Pretty amusing.

Grapple person in car chasing you. Attach other end of grapple to other car. Shoot tyre out and watch car flip and pull guy out. Gold.

 

& heli's, jets, just about anything iirc
like GTA with a grapple hook, fun game imho

 

So this month, we get:

• Red Dead Redemption
• Scott Pilgrim vs. the World
• Double Dragon Neon

Not too bad. Good to have some local co-op punchemups (as well as RDR which of course is a amazing.)

 

We are also supposed to get Machinarium sometime this month, are we not?

Awesome. Another great month of freebies - I'm most excited by MK for Vita.
