they need to make this the ultimate media machine ... since all the media stuff is quite lacking on the ps4 imho... the ps4 should be a much better device than a shield... but its not.

for no good reason Switch YouTube is miles better than PS4 YouTube. They need to reduce some of the OS overhead imo.

I fully expect Sony to try and regain the top dog in specs too.

I love that they're going all in with AMD for hardware. Also love that they're giving audio more attention.

Pretty, pretty please include a 4K player...

Would be pretty insane not to include a 4k player, doesn't the xbonex have it?

It will be blu-ray for sure.

I'd love wirelessly charging controllers, I always forget to plug them in on the PS4 and you have to charge them so often, I feel like I charged the PS3 controller 4 times a year.

The proper SSD is the thing thats got me most excited, god I hate loading times on souls like games after so many deaths.

Audio upgrade and hopefully 4K Blu-ray drive would be fantastic addition. I don’t personally own a 4K drive and haven’t bought a Blu-ray in ages but a nice new tv to go with the PS5 might sway me.

If history is anything to go buy with Sony, the first gen has all the features and is really expensive, SSD prices are cheap as these days so I'd say 500GB minimum with games the size they are now and they are only going to get bigger.

    If it's up-gradable that's awesome as well.

As much as I love conjecture, gonna have to wait and see if it's regular SSDs' (probably not) or something else totally possible with sonys history with the cell processor they arent scared to make a leap (Cerny claims that it has a raw bandwidth higher than any SSD available for PCs.)

No idea whats on the market or coming that has that type of bandwidth.
