Which means should be able to pick up the original mini even cheaper ;) Any news on the specs or changes with the 2?

Any Ali Express recommendations under $100? Looking for something easy to fly since I haven't droned before.

I've been watching some Mini's on ebay over the past week, one went for $500, then a few with "fly More" packs, $700, $610, $680

I would want to inspect and test fly (or at least see test flown) anything bought secondhand from a random seller.

and you'll need to supply your own high-current USB wall wart (USB-C PD), or a pin adapter for the supplied one.

looks quite good. Occusync 2.0 is the big winner. slightly less capable camera modes but the price makes it an attractive option unless you have specific needs.

After all the ummming and arrring and trying to work out what model I'll go with I finally decided on the DJI Mavic Mini 2 rather than going anything more expensive, for now. Definitely had to go with the flymore combo too, don't really see the point in getting the base model without the flymore kit with it.

I just grabbed this one this morning:

    https://www.catch.com.au/product/dj...b4OZzO-TxccL9FcFb7vv3A_HWI1ca-X8aAobIEALw_wcB

Worked out to be about $962 (del incl) - cashrewards of ~$86 so about $876 total. Best end price I could see anywhere currently

Well it arrived. But unfortunately I'm in a total no fly zone so can't even really test it out around the house..../sigh. According to OpenSky app I'll have to travel down south, probably around Hallet Cove to give it a go.

I'm awaiting the arrival of a ZMR 250 I've order, I'm a little excited to give drone flight a shot after years of racing RC cars. I have tried 3D Heli but I think that may have been jumping in the deep end :Paranoid:
Good to hear I can fly around Hallett Cove, I hadn't even looked what restrictions there are, MR CHILLED if you find any good spots down South for a somewhat beginner please do let me know.
