    Then for you it's probably not. DJI's comparison site is quite good, plug in the SE, 3 and 3 Pro into the checker: https://www.dji.com/au/products/comparison-consumer-drones

    It really looks like the 3 and 3 Pro just have greater camera quality/options and at the Pro level you have greater obstacle avoidance sensing. It's a value judgement, I like the best quality footage, extra collision avoidance, lower device transmission latency and built in follow-me mode. SE is just a be a more basic version of the 3 and 3 pro. If none of the extra abilities of the 3 and 3 pro are needed for you then just go with the SE.....it's a more than capable consumer drone that will produce good footage for you.

    Litchi appears to be compatible with the SE so you may be able to purchase this app for follow-me. I've used the Litchi follow-me app with the mini 2 and it worked very well.

    Just go check user experience on the SE before you go spending $30 on Litchi app.
