Hi all, My girlfriends Birthday is coming up this Friday and I have a grand idea. Basically I'm going to set up a nice little rug under the stars and then have these fair lights strung across a tree. I plan on cooking her a dinner under the stars and I am hoping it could be a three course meal but due to time limits and the fact that I will be using a little portable stove, I need most of the food preprepared and then just reheated on a pan and plated up. And due to the fact I will be cooking in a park, I will really only have 1 fry pan to use. Is this a good or bad idea...thoughts? I need recipes as well btw... Any ideas for a entree that can be prepared the night before and then reheated on the night? Thanks!
