    Hi,

Can someone suggest a 3m-long display port cable for an Acer X34P display? The cable should be able to do 3440x1440 at 120Hz though. The video card is a GTX 1080 which might change to an RTX 3070 in hopefully in the coming months, but I don't think that matters.

    Cheers

DisplayPort 1.2 will do 3440x1440x120Hz. This has some useful info:

Select DisplayPort in the "Output" and "Input" dropdowns right up the top of the page and it'll show you the standards and capabilities.

Personally I like Lindy's cables. Good quality at a decent price.

They have both DisplayPort 1.2 and DisplayPort 1.4 cables that are 3m long.

Should be able to walk into a jaycar store and get a 3m 1.4 displayport for about $30. Harvey Normal have them for $40, JB Hifi have the same one for $50.
