Or 3, which ever number its actually up to

Rumors have been flying around lately, with the most recent one being it was going to be announced at E3, and then possibly pulled because of the Orlando shootings

I am hoping it is announced soon, RDR was a great game

I'm hoping the rumours of 3 characters, ala gta 5 are true. They could do something epic like the good, the bad and the ugly with it.

A PC release would be tops, too.

One of the things that made RDR good though was the story. So as long as they dont lose that trying to fit in the three characters I would be happy

It'd be three (with the first being Red Dead Revolver).

That's the thing with Rockstar... you never really know what they're up to. They kept everyone hanging for the BC release of Redemption for no real reason (after it was leaked that time).

If they pull a game announcement every time there's a shooting, they'll never announce games again.

    True.

I think at this point, I would even be happy for a HD remake.

A remaster of RDR for the PS4/Xbone alongside a PC version is the most likely scenario in my mind. (Seeing as though they did exactly that for GTAV)

I'm ok with this...I've been putting it off for ages to play through my 360 copy of RDR but if a PC version gets announced, I will wait for that instead.

While that'd be amazing it'd be incredibly disappointing.

And judging by the second pic posted - unlikely.

whatever they make will have an online mode after the killing they've made with GTAV:O

They could really knock it out of the park by announcing a PC/PS4/XO remaster for release next year AND a new Red Dead game to release sometime after.

I'm sure they are fully aware how revered the series is, it would be a shame to not release more of it. (Plus it would be a huge money spinner for them)

Remaster for Christmas and new Red Dead with online Q1, yeah I'd be on that. I loved the shit out of RDR on PS3 and would play a remaster in a heartbeat.

As with the others I'd play the shit out of a remaster, loved the game on X360. Also can't wait to see what direction they go with the RDR sequel...

Hopefully one of them is out in time for the Christmas break...

Nearly spilled my morning coffee when I saw their cover photo update on FB :thumbup:

Still holding out hope for a PC port of RDR though :wired:

Note: RDR2 is consoles only, so no PC version (yet). They will probably go the GTAV route of releasing it 1 or 2 years later

im hoping with games like forza and gow coming to pc that sony see that theres money to be made in pc's and also start allowing games to pc.

why rockstar wont bring it to pc is beyond me, surely they made a few extra million $$$ from pc users on gta v. why miss out on the pc market when rockstar know they will make a lot of coin from us pc users?

i could understand if it was ps4 only, but it will launch on both consoles, so its not like its a brand specific game that sony bought the rights too.

Also hoping for PC, but at this stage and with the quality that was persistent in the first game they could make it a WiiU exclusive and I'd still buy it.
