i found reflections and water quality above medium is a absolute killer oh and raymarch restrction off, rest maxxed runs about 45-80fps pretty happy
Obviously spec dependent (plus I’m running some OC) but if you’re just aiming for ’60+fps‘ (averaging 70) at 3440x1440 at similar spec to my sig: 1. Turn every setting to maximum 2. Reduce the following: FXAA: off MSAA: off Reflection MSAA: off Reflection quality: medium Water physics: 3 (one notch down from max) I have volumetric all ultra and raymarch on...for me the big killers were MSAA, reflection quality and water physics. Easy, huge boost to FPS: Overclock your GPU. For my spec in sig with 8700k@4.8ghz 1.28v, the in-game benchmark with above graphics settings at different OC levels speaks for itself. Note this is a gaming X trio 2080ti so starts off at a decent factory OC too. 'Stock' (factory OC): Avg 58fps Core +70, Mem +500 (conservative OC): Avg 64fps Core +115, Mem +1200 (high OC): Avg 70fps Seems this game loves a bit of GPU OC
walker_2003 I wonder if their numbers are skewed because they didn't state that the water and volumetrics settings in the standard settings get modified in the advanced settings?
Haven't watched it yet, but part 2 is out. Part 1 was great, I was able to bump a couple of things up
Shouldn't be, he mentions in video the correlation between the main setting and the effected below and said u can up certain details of some without big fps loss
Game is awesome about %40 done. On my laptop at 1080p res and the HUB settings getting avg of 60fps lows of 55 Highs of 75, with the latest nvidia patch which fixed the vsync gsync issue. On desktop getting 90fps. I will say with the latest NVidia driver has caused more Crashes where before I had none hmm.
If it was ported better we wouldn't need 10 pages of fixes *waits for rant about how hard it is to work on video games and developers are begging on the street*
But needing a bios update to launch the game is normal? Constant crashing for people too? Bad port is bad. Has been worse but it's not up there with the best and for a company of their size it's a bit poor form.
