ive cooked this a couple of times because its pretty quick and easy. Ingredients: 2 porterhouse steaks red wine balsamic vinegar salt and pepper butter method: heat up pan and place about a tablespoon of butter. once butter has melted place the meat on the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 1 minute on each side or until a nice brown. once you have cooked both sides pour in 3 tablespoons of red wine and balsamic vinegar. i just used my father in laws homemade wine and whatever balsamic vinegar i found in my wifes pantry turn the heat down to about medium then cover for 4 minutes on each side making sure to baste each side during the 4 minutes once you have your desired cooked meat its ready to serve with whatever side you wish. i prefer mash potatoes with this. voila!
