I found this little guy floundering on our door mat of all places.
I picked him up and took him out the back to dry out on some shrubs.
I took a squillion shots, but these two really stood out from the rest.
    All taken with a 40D, Sigma 150 and a 580EXII

1.First shot was done with one hand. Had to switch to autofocus.

2.Second one is more your standard macro. Taken looking straight down.

3.This is a crop of the picture above.

I've heard good things about the Sigma 150. Nice shots! The crop is very sharp!

Heh, yeah he looks like he’s got an old school 1920’s moustache combined with a 3 day growth

Sigma 150mm has been really good, nice and chunky bit of glass.

1st shot is kind of wrecked with your thumb in focus.... with too much detail!

    2nd/3rd shot is unbelievable. :)

Love the detail! Although macro is not an interst of mine, those are truly inspirational.

That is way too much info ...

3rd shot has made my night.

I can't stop laughing over how hilarious, and yet humanesque it looks.

I've got all these captions going on in my head "Now wheres my Tequila BITCH", and even a voice for it. It looks very mexican for some reason.

I agree, he kinda looks like he's got a smile in the first one and a bit of a smirk in the third one.

Thanks for all the comments :)

Do you mind if I share this pic around with some mates?

Or would you rather I not?

Edit: Copyright and all that. :)

As long as you’re not making any money off it :) Go for it.
