Reset - The best sky rendering I have ever seen.

A few years ago i backed a game on indiegogo called RESET (1st quarter 2017).

Never In my wildest dreams would I believe these [2] developers would come up with such quality. But don't take my word for it, have at it!

You don't get sky rendering like that these days.

 

THAT is truly impressive.

 

That does look impressive. Hope they didn't spend all their money on clouds though. Unless of course they're selling a clouds simulation then that's ok.

 

Amazing. Imagine having that as your background, you wouldn't get anything done. haha

 

I can only assume this will be a meteorology game. Also woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pretty!

 

Feels like seeing CryEngine for the first time. Very impressive.
The day/night cycle timelapse was awesome.
I'd best be going and checking out this game...

Does look mighty impressive! Love detailed sky boxes like that, that's easily one of the best.

I always rated Destiny's sky boxes, does plenty wrong but damn those sky boxes were nice lol

 

Looks awesome but these type of things always do in videos. The game play is often another matter.

 

Could not give a flying FUCK about the game. The fact that we've got the tech for this fidelity of skybox is fucking orsm.

 

Well we have Goat simulator in 2014. Why can't we have cloud simulator in 2016?!

 

I think I'd spend most of my time in this game just looking at the sky...So pretty.

 

The amount of calculations to get that scenery rendered is mind blowing. Extremely impressive!

 

Wow, that looked amazing. I never thought how much sky rending can actually effect the overall feel of the environment makes a huge difference.

Wasn't a big fan of the night sky, though i'm sure they'll work on that. I gotta say, they could take a leaf from Crysis/Cryengine 2 night sky, I used to love looking at the stars in the editor.
