I just made a batch up just then, there didn't seem to be too much of the panacotta mix once i poured it into glasses, i used 4 medium whisky type glasses and it filled about a qtr of the way for each.

theres about 1 litre of combined mixture
    650 - 700ml of panacotta
    250ml of chocolate

Its not really the kind of dessert to eat by the bucket load as its rich and satisfying :)
I hope you enjoyed it though

I couldn't be much more upfront than to put it in bold writing and suggest shot glasses :)

Made this last night. Hnnnng. Have little espresso cups, about 2-3 teaspoons worth in each. Then one giant tea cup for fun. Pretty delicious.

    Made this on the weekend.

Panacotta with raspberries was awesome. Not that big a fan of the choc sauce but am going to retry with lighter choc.

I made the Panacotta on Sunday and tonight made the chocolate sauce. To use my wife's words 'A++ would eat again". It was very delicious and so easy to make with very little washing up.

I also love the fact that it is diabetic friendly as I would not be able to eat it otherwise. :p

As I didn't make the chocolate sauce, I've just tried making the same recipe, but using a block of Cadbury Old Gold and doubling the sugar in the mix to balance out the bitterness. It was more because I had it left over. I'll report back if it doesn't taste awful.

Good to see you guys giving it a go.
By all means if Dark Chocolate isnt your thing you can substitute a half and half with milk chocolate or use all milk chocolate. Just be mindful of the sweetness and taste as you go.

It's hard to stuff this one up and well worth the 10 mins effort

Just made this for my wife, guest and I. Just wanted to say they turned out beautifully!

Only had them in the fridge for 4 hours instead of over night which I thought was plenty. Sprinkled crushed mirange around the edges with strawberries in the middle. Yum! Pics below.

    Thanks retard for sharing!!

Made this, and also a variant using milk chocolate and kahlua (1 cup kahlua to 4 cups cream... made double quantity).

    Thanks for the recipe! :D

so... 2016, this recipe is still a crowd pleaser!

Making a batch now for work then making another batch for Christmas.

I'm going much much smaller quantities this time, i've found that a lot of times, there's always half of the serving left behind.

This year, i'm pouring into one of those little candle light holders, a bit bigger than a shot glass, topping with broken meranque, 2 qtr's of strawberry and pashmak garnish.

    *casts resurrection on this thread*

Have been requested to make these for Christmas this year. Last time I made them about six years ago but the memory has lingered on and my family suggested (read: demanded with threats of violence) that it would be nice ot have them again.
