    Exciting! I'll give it a shot over the weekend :D
    Anyone else playing with a wheel btw? I'm actually finding it a bit easier than the keyboard.

    Nah... I "lost" my wheel when I moved premises and other controllers packed away somewhere in storage, so on the lappy keyboard. I think with some of these games a keyboard can give a quicker l/r response sometimes compared to a gamepad... I suppose it depends on the game too and how commands and steering/acceleration work.

    From memory I think you have to go load the saved player profile in the menu. The player is called "CLASS".

    Strange... I double-checked by downloading that file and replacing it. Should just live in the main game folder, overwriting the player00.chp file that's already there. Then from Single Player -> Player Setup -> Select Player it lists CLASS as the player.

    This is with the GOG version of the game, not sure if other versions are different.

    So I started on the Algeria course this afternoon, same 3 laps and daylight. First few times around 49s and 2:35 over the 3 laps, gradually got a few 47's and then a few more seconds off that again including what seemed like a good overall time;

    Fastest Overall Time - Algeria:

    Anyone up for a new course?

    Sorry guys I've been distracted by living out my overseas holiday dreams in flight simulator recently. I should put a few more times in before end of month though.

    I need to get behind the steering wheel. But, you know, it's all the way over the other side of the room :D
    Keep at it! :)

    I just surprised myself... didn't think much below 45s would be possible on this track. Bloody ripper! :D

    Was playing on the lappy without being plugged in... shut down literally just as I finished. Very lucky to be able to grab this screenshot.
