    Only WiFi at present, however RIM intends to also offer 3G and 4G models in the future.

    Is the samsung 30 pin the same as an apple 30 pin?

    Did they do it for cross-compatibility?

    I would not bet on that, I'm sure apple's legal team would be all over them like a rash.

    Man this thing is gorgeous, I want one..... problem is though, I have to get a blackberry, and BIS, which is money I do not wish to spend!

    I wonder if they'll fudge it as good as they fudged the Storm. IIRC the Storm was supposed to be a "blackberry media crossover" device.

    Despite the media rock throwing, my Playbook arrives in Perth on Saturday courtesy of my old man being in the USA the past 2 weeks. Theres certainly not a lot of discussion on OCAU about it!

    I brought it knowing it would be a work in progress... but im willing to persist!

    Well I've got a BlackBerry® Torch™ 9860 + Bonus PlayBook from Optus on its way and am looking forward to see how well they both work together

    Just in time as my old Samsung is slowly dying of old age :tired:

    I was going to buy one of the new W7 phones but this deal was just a little too tempting, will soon see if I should have bought a W7 or not
