No more clicking on the component and finding a list of which stores have stock. Now you have to bring up a map to type your postcode in just like eb games, kmart etc. It's incredibly annoying to use.

For 15 years we’ve all wanted MSY to update their horrible out of date website.
Now they have and it’s more horrible... Bring back the old site!!!

In fact, the main site should just be the parts pricelist, and then you can click onto all the irrelevant bullshit if you feel like it.

Site itself is a big improvement, it's just a bit broken atm by the looks.

Unlike Umart, who have completely fkd there website compared to the oldschool, but functional original

There clearance sale list is horribly out of date nearly all the time. I mean why list items when it says said item is sold out? Isn't that the point of a clearance sale? :tired:
I chatted to them online once about an item listed on there that was actually listed as being sold out because I was curious as to why they still listed it, the 'operator' at the other end came back after a while and said "we have one still in stock but not in original box". Go figure! If you have the item for sale, then make it clear there is one for sale!

MSY has been purchased by a former mining company who want to use the platform to move into the digital space. Makes sense they'd overhaul the website.

Pfft, I remember having to navigate through MSY oldschool PDFs for pricing in tiny fonts with 100s of items per page.

The site is already giving me the absolute shits. I tried signing up so I can purchase a case (found a pretty decent one for cheap), and when I try log in it tells me the details are wrong. I try to recover email just encase I messed it up, and it tells me the email doesnt exist. I try making a new account, tells me the email is already in use :Paranoid::lol:

EDIT: never mind, I forgot to verify lol

IJK has been using the same website for 20 years, apart from the rebrand from Umart... Its terrible, but at least I know where to look.

Going to echo what most have already said but...

Did people actually use their website to search for parts and such? It was always the PDF for me since as long as I can remember.

You used the main site to click onto the parts price list PDF, the laptop price list PDF, and the clearance price list PDF’s

If you actually wanted to though, you could click into items and get a general idea on stock.

But now they haven’t updated the clearance lists and they don’t seem to know what’s in stock or not, just listing everything they’ve sold in 3 years ahah.

    exactly what Firewire1394 said.

it's really pathetic and quite useless

not to mention the fact that they are no longer cheapest, i was looking for a case the other day, cant remember maybe In Win 303 or something and Mwave had 10$ cheaper same model.

another example is Sandisk Ultra cz48 on Fleabay is actually cheaper delivered.
