Yeah my experience with PCCG is that they're now a shadow of their former self. They're starting to go down the way of MSY. Poor customer support, slow shipping times, bad inventory management and no pickups have made me vow to never again shop with them.

Try 1.35, mine is doing all cores 4.6Ghz easy pulling 1.349V.
That's with auto PBO and just upping PPT or power limit. I didn't touch the volts that was auto to see what it draws.

Same CPU + mobo combo as me!

I'm getting about ~20fps more in CoD Warzone compared to the 3600. Happy to see the 3080 open up in this game. Other games I've tried for benchmarking (GTA5 and watch dogs legion) haven't really changed in fps performance

Such a tease lately, still waiting for these core parts!

    So I got my:

    - MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk Wifi
    - Crucial Ballistix 64GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16
    - 1TB Gigabyte AORUS NVMe Gen4

    but....

I am STILL waiting on my EVGA 3080 and the recently ordered 5900x. I slept in a bit and didnt get to process the order until around 1:30am, so Im guess that will add a few more weeks of waiting, lol.

Will these 2 play nicely together?

    Asus-ROG-Strix-B550-F-Gaming-AM4-ATX-Motherboard $259.00 Umart
Or MSI MPG X570 Gaming Plus AM4.. $259 also $259.00

    Ryzen 5 5600X CPU.

If not can someone suggest a similar priced motherboard that will please?

Looking at adding an RTX 3080 or AMD whatever its called..

I still haven't received any communique from PCCG in regards to the code. I will seriously look into contacting the ACCC over this if I don't get a reply by mid next week.

Today I sent another message but by going into my order and using the contact form underneath.

From memory the VRM on the MSI MPG x570 was pretty rubbish.

Of the two, unless you envision the need for more pcie4.0 lanes, I'd go with Rog b550-f.

You mean the Far Cry 6 code? My code was included on the final invoice that physically came with the processor.

Just tooling around with PBO, I'm getting 4.3Ghz all cores on my 5950x on the Meg Ace. Running at about 82c peak under my DH15S.

Haven't used PCCG in about 2 years but the last time I used them they were ok. Seem to be pretty active on social media about stock and everything as well.

Also for anyone looking, ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero just popped up on PCCG, ETA is the 27th.

I also hate everyone that has CPU's atm :D.

Actually scratch that, it is a nonsense code, too long for the redemption site. Will need to investigate further.

While not conclusive, i had a good interaction with them recently where they honoured a 9 year old credit on my account that i missed. Not only did they honour it, they didn't make a big deal out of it - they could have argued, they could have made me feel like it was a big deal to do it, they just made it easy.
With recent issues with "paper launches" the retailers bear the brunt of the consumer frustration, and the retailer doesn't likely have the information to be able answer questions thoroughly.

Just thought i'd share a good example :)

I'm also waiting for a 5900x from them, but given the information they shared prior to ordering - i'm comfortable to wait a little bit as i was informed better by them prior to deciding to purchase from them.
