AIDA64 runs only one core at boost when testing L3 which results in a low score.
Set a all core OC and the score will double.
Should be able to tweak that latency down to around 53ns.

Took the entire afternoon but it's all working. Had to borrow a 2600 from another machine to flash the BIOS but I'd already planned for that. With the NH-D15 it hits 75C under full load (running 7zip benchmark) and stays barely audible. Running my crazy multitasking load is so much smoother/responsive with 3x the cores :D

Still nothing regarding the 5900x lack of FC6 redemption code from Centrecom. Haven't received an email back at all.. Apparently the cut-off to redeem is over, I'm fuming.

Providing you bought the product and the store gave you the code before the 1st. That was written on the FC6 redemption page thing on the stores.

The 5900x was purchased from them on the 22/13/20. Oh well, hopefully they answer the ticket soon because calling them doesn't seem to be an option.

Took me about 2 weeks to get the code from Centrecom Marketing.
Did all the steps and AMD rewards emailed about reserving FC6 key when available. Sounds about right?

I have my ways, which cant be openly discussed on these forums.

Maybe have a look at the My Digital Life forums, Windows 10 section though...

Centrecom just sent me the code, redeemed on AMD rewards, downloaded the verification tool and FC6 is reserved :)

Have you had any correspondence from Asus at all? I haven't heard a thing.

From experience you will get your steam card about 4-6 weeks AFTER the promo has ended, that's how it has been for me when claiming after buying their mobos.

Yeah nothing here either, but usually there minimal comms with these promos - e.g. I got my gigabyte 480GB ssd a few months after

    Thanks mate, it works haha!

I tried to lower the sub timings as much as I can, it did achieve 52ns in win10 safe mode, but the latency gets higher in win10 normal mode, any suggestions for improvements? Thanks

Traded my 3900x for a members 5600x, keen to see how it goes. Feels like a weird choice to cut my cores/threads in half but the extra clock speed and IPC is welcomed for my current workload.

Edit: Instantly did 4.65ghz on each core in single threaded load and is doing 4.475ghz all core with PBO limits removed

Drawing about 92watts during CB20 run

Keen to see what clocktuner can do later this month

edit edit: set voltage values in bios instead of letting auto do it's thing, 10 watt power usage reduction and 6 degree heat reduction at the cost of 50mhz all core and no change on single core

    Fun little CPU this

Supposedly these little suckers will do 4.8 all core, weird seeing ryzen exceed advertised boost clocks instead of barely reaching them

Nice, how good is AGESA 1.1.90 <3.

Based off your tRFC I assume you're running b-die? Why so conservative with your primaries, just low vdimm?

That latency is awesome for those timings and you have heaps of room to improve (especially in subtimings), your two SCL's can come down heaps, should easily be a pair of 4's but you might even get 3's or 2's (pending bin, voltage). Your RSD and RDD should be fine as 7's (instead of 9s) are they all auto timings? Have a look at the Ryzen Calc 3800 FAST subtimings, you should be able to borrow plenty from there.

I've attached where I'm at with my cheapo Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 3200C16 2x16GB DR sticks. They're Micron Rev.E currently at 4000Mhz-C16@1.55v. That's the most I can get out of them, I'm still bringing down my VDDP and VDDG voltages but these are close to the final figures.

My latency is relatively bad because of the bad tRFC on Rev.E I think. Latency was worse with 1t+GDM, but I can't get 1t stable at all :(.
