Id believe shipping/transport from the AU distributors will take differing times. as would each shops own processes
but a few days either way would be about it right ??

I was lucky enough to order one from CentreCom before they jacked the priced up :)

I get the feeling that supply of the 5950x will free up a fair bit before the end of April but some companies such as PLE which have continued to offer pre-orders probably have a massive number of orders to fill before you can just buy it.

My ETA for 5900x was Friday. Reached out today and got an email back saying..

We are still waiting for a delivery from our suppliers and are currently in the process of getting an updated ETA.

As soon as we get an update, the new ETA should show on your MyPLE account next to your order.

... so yeah still waiting. Hopefully not too much longer now tho... its been 5 months.

Yep I got the same reply. I placed my order early November as well. Luckily they didn't take the cash up front.

EDIT: It looks like MSY in NSW Auburn and Ultimo as well as SA Adelaide CBD have 5900X in stock. These are $959 though.

6th of November for me. Good to know they don’t give preference to customers that have paid in full.

Yep, I just checked and have the same ETA. Doubt it's real though.

it's certainly an impressive jump for those that play those games at that resolution
but we all knew they were good already
it doesn't matter by how much :)

    Later this year.

At least for Cezanne we have AMD confirming that it will be available for DIY. Never had that for Renoir.

some big claims from 1usmus that new agesa update has gimped current zen3 performance so the incoming XT chips look better in benchmarks. Gross if true.

There will be lots of nerdrage if that’s true!

Having said that though, I don't seem to see 5100Mhz boost clocks any more... since a few BIOS revisions ago actually...
