This would be so sick for sim racing positioned right behind the wheel rim

I'm also awaiting someone to pre-order through.
I will be annoyed if Asus bring out a ROG version soon after. Would prefer that.

my question is, when they finally stop calling these "gaming monitors", I would think that by now, we established that 120hz+ is the norm these days :p

Meh; looked into my options with this sort of thing and frankly vertical resolution matters especially with how the e-sports trend has made most games view lock vertical FOV (and have every mini map look like a rorschach test that arguably not having in your visual field is the one benefit I can think of).
    No I think I'll wait for a >40" 16:9 5k @ 100hz to be brought to market.

    Harvey Norman.

    I have a contact :)

If you want to piggyback onto my order let me know via PM.

You will have to pay HN direct via credit card.

Nice! How much are HN charging? I've seen it listed between $2500 at Umart and $2683 at Megabuy: https://www.megabuy.com.au/samsung-...350cdm2-color107b-displayhdr1000-p962662.html plus a few other stores:

    https://www.photechcomputers.com.au/monitors/4936-samsung-49in-qld-120hz-hdr1000-5120x1440.html

    https://www.budgetpc.com.au/samsung...nc-2-4ms-2x-dp-1x-hdmi-4x-usb-3-0-vesa-has-3y

I'd say we're very close to launch. Any word from your contact at HN about ETA?

They are pricing it up now.

Do you want just the monitor, extended warranty and which credit card are you using, delivery, etc etc?

I think I'll wait for reviews before purchasing. I wouldn't be buying anything except the monitor itself. Just curious on the price and when it will be available?
