Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra and watch 4

    Hi there.
    I have the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra and watch 4.
    The problem is it doesn't matter if I leave my mobile at home I can still text which I think uses my mobile plan.
    It will not pair to use the same mobile plan to make phone calls.
    Any ideas?
    My Galaxy watch 3 did it all perfectly till I broke it.
