No..what I meant was..when were at a restaurant where you have to go up and order the food.. (I have to order for 8 people) I used the pen to write on the notepad thingy that pops up when you remove the pen thingy.. Other than that I never used it..so the Note 5 would be a waste for me really.
I have to add here using the spen as we speak and it really is awesome. I'm coming from a nexus 6 and I'm very impressed with this phone. Speed, screen and design is all fantastic. I don't use sd card or never change batteries so those downfalls don't affect me.
Oh! Well... I caved and went into JB Hifi to sign up for a Note 5.... "Only colour it comes in is black"... Hang on..I am not buying a model T Ford!! Black only? I still have my Note 3.
Not available on Telstra plans. We have a bundle plan with Telstra. 8 mobiles/1tb broadband/home phone and Foxtel.
any other owners get the odd freeze when trying to unlock the phone? Doesn't happen often, but when it does, the screen will light up, but is otherwise unresponsive. Seems to take 15 seconds or so to finally allow me to unlock the phone
Yep its happened a few times since I picked the phone up yesterday. Guess its a bug that will be fixed in next patch.
I think the silver is the best colour out of the lot. Stylish without being overbearing like the gold and still masculine.
Have not had my Note 5 for very long and am having trouble with it. This morning I noticed that it had not charged at all overnight and despite my best efforts could not get it to start charging. I switched the phone off and on several times and now it has started to charge again BUT when I connect my phone to my PC it does not sync anymore. I have tried several different usb cables as well but it does not sync at all. The phone does not show up in my device manager as a portable device... have downloaded Samsung drivers but they wont install successfully either... UPDATE: Took the phone back to JB HiFi and they tested it in one of their computers.... didn't work there either..so they swapped it out on the spot for a new one... DOA!
