Have to admit it's going to be tough to ever leave dual sim phone in the future if I ever have to. Getting used to it, just gives me that extra data top up with another super cheap sim data only plan.

So easy to manage what uses what, too.

Yeh i think i'm done. I don't think i'll get a phone without dual sim in the future.

Here's hoping the new iPhone 8 will come in a 2 SIM variant. While i like Android, i still think iOS just works better, plus iMessage is so good.

Apple is really trying to crack into the Chinese and Indian markets, which they're not going to succeed at unless they go dual-sim. So i think there's a chance

I just got my S8 and it's like a work of art compared to the iPhone 7 it replaced...can't get over the screen clarity and colours. I bought a clear silicone case off ebay but i'm scared to handle the phone without a case....feels slippery.

Be sure to get a curved tempered glass screen protector that compatible with cases.

Yep that's next on the list, I managed to scratch my old s6 screen somehow and I'm super careful with my phones, is the S8 screen tough or prone to scratch also?

Don't really know, since case and a screen protector are my first purchases for any new phone I buy.

I have a feeling it would be. The case I have is very cheap, super thin and has a sort of gritty textured feel. Very grippy.

Anyone else had the "check port" alert come up saying that moisture has been detected in the charger/usb port?

I regret selling my Samsung Galaxy S8+. I sold it on here a while ago as I wanted to go back to the iPhone as I was too invested in iCloud, plus with my work, everything syncs better on the iphone (e.g my work email syncs up with the iphone calendar). Bought a iPhone 6s 2nd hand off a mate. Thinking I might buy another S8+ or a Note 8 for myself for Christmas. I got quite used to the Samsung and how I had everything laid out.

Ended up getting a S8 instead of the S8+. After using a iPhone 6s for a month or so, I am used to the size. Got it on the $59 Optus deal in store. Happy to be back using one.

How do you guys find S8 so far after long usage now. Has the Gui slowed down from clutter at all? Does Android still release updates? What roughly update/support life do android last for before they stop support for it?

Thinking about getting one from jb hifi.

Coming from iphone 7 here. Need to buy my dad a iphone so might as well give him my current and jump on android.
