it's weird I'm reading this series of posts now - i too felt that something had changed with the most recent update. I thought that the phone had almost crossed over to the "annoying slow down" where it has finally started to show its age. Given that the S9's are 2 years old.. I thought righteo this is it. Now there will be lag/delays etc. but after working it through checking updates etc it is back to its snappy self.

Hopefully I'll get another 24 months of use before it infuriates me with slowness.

Definitely think that was the issue. All good now, no recurrences.

Not sure what's going on but I have auto updates on and I go into my apps area and I find another 18 apps that need updating. I have auto updates on and enabled over wifi. What the heck is not working here?
