Samsung S25 Ultra January 25.

Pre ordered, trade-up from base S24U to base S25U costing $458. So why the fuck not for that sort of money? Not under any false impression I'll see any noticeable improvement over the 24 but hell it's $458 to change up, so it's a no brainer.

 

Looking thru this video the s24/s25 really trounce s23ultra.
Obviously s24ultra has benefited from updates, but its hard to tell the difference between s24 and s25.

 

Yeah, maybe waiting for s26ultra makes more sense.
I do agree that Samsung should do a huge camera upgrade.

 

Pulled the trigger on an S25 Ultra last night. Coming from a Note 10+ I'm sure it'll be a huge improvement!

I can't decide which to keep, the Ultra or the Plus.

If they had the nice navy color that the plus has, I would for sure.

The ultra colours are so shit this year . The one I have is the silverblue which is the best in my opinion. I am fed up of black phones so always choose a bit of colour. This year all the colours (other than black) are so muted and meh

 

What does the total come to? Mine worked out to be ~$1790 with 2 years of Samsung Care (not sure how useful that actually is), with my Note 10+ as trade-in. I've bought this through work, so I probably couldn't have done a whole bunch of plan sign-ups, cancellations, refunds, etc.

 

I got the 512gb Model

Total is $ 437 + $767 (cancellation cost) + $99 first month plan
Total - $ 1,303

I know some guys had a $200 pre order code from JB also that managed to use that also. I didnt have a code so didnt even try.
