Recently my Autochlor rp25 pool chlorinator tripped the 3 amp circuit breaker, after a conversation with AIS they informed me that when this happens it indicates the SCR's have started to fail and should be replaced.
After inspected the SCR's the wiring appears to have been hot at the soldered connections.
I have searched for replacement parts but the SCR's i need are no longer available.
    S2070w 70 amp, 200 VDRM/VRRM and S4065J 65 amp,400 VDRM/VRRM
There are other SCR's available but it appears there VDRM is larger
    S6065JTP 65 Amp but 600 VDRM/VRRM and S4070WTP 70Amp,400VDRM/VRRM everything else seems the same.
    Would this be of concern?
EDIT: I have since found X-ON Electronics sell S4065JTP 65amp, 400VDRM so only the S4070WTP is of concern.
Not being experienced in this field i would prefer to swap like for like.
    Thanks Matt

Any luck on Mouser Electronics or is there an equivalent package locally?

S2070w were discontinued from 2011, mouser have obsolete stock as do local suppliers. I was quite happy to replace the same SCR’s but supply being the issue.
