Seek Thermal Imager :) Me likey!

    Hell yeah. We are talking cold beer here!

    And house insulation/thermal leaks etc.

    It is really cheap for this technology and great performance. I am really impressed. Even picks up footprints on the wooden floor!

    I spent $1500 on a FLIR E4 that I hacked to have 320x240 resolution. Even though it is a tool toy for my use, it is very interesting to use. Seeing the world in IR is amazing.

    For $200, if you have the cash to blow, you can't go wrong...

    As a tool though, the Seek is rubbish and you would definitely be better off spending the cash on something like the FLIR E4 and doing the resolution hack (big thread on EEVBlog about it, I think it can still be done on the latest HW and FW...)
