www.line6.com check out the guitar port... pretty nifty bit of gear for mucking around with guitar and pc at home.

oh, and i use a Carvin neck-thru , sometimes a gibson V with EMG81's ,last time we recorded songs i mostly used a Les Paul, unsure what year it was but it was a really nice guitar to use apart from all the bruises;)

recently bought a Line6 Pod so ive been mucking around with that lately but my rig for outside the bedroom is a peavey ultra plus 120watt head into a marshall1960b cab (i couldnt afford the peavey ultra matched quad, marshall was half its price) and the only effects i ever use is a bad horsie wah.

    Hey all...

Myself, I have a few crappy guitars, 1 Epi Les Paul, and 2 crappy Strat copies. I've also got a Roland Cube 60 solid state amp, but my baby is my Eminar all valve head and box. It's getting re-tubed soon I hope :D

The other guys in the band.... different story. Froodogs, the rhythm guitarist uses a Fender US Fat Telecaster (I think its a Fat... can't recall exactly).

Glenn, the lead guitarist, has an amazing collection of guitars and amps...

2 (yes, 2) Paul Reed Smiths
    Gibson 70s Les Paul Custom
    a real 335
    formenton custom
    etc etc.

In the way of amps, he's got a mesa boogie combo (50W) and his real pride and joy, a mesa boogie mk4 (i think) from the 70s, custom cabinet, signed, 100W. It's an absolute NUTTER of an amp.

    Yeah... bang on all :D

    Vinds.

    My Babies...

These ones are my "Keepers". Have owned many, and have a
couple more, but these ones I'll never sell.

    The Guild 12 String.
Once you play one of these there is no going back...

Can't say I'm a fan of Daisy Darrell, he's ruined many an awesome Pantera song with a toneless solo. Phil's done well to get better guitarists in his other bands (Pepper Keenan, you're my hero!)

Anyhow, Dime bashing aside, here's my guitar:

But, in Cobalt Blue. It's great to play, the small body makes it awesome for throwing around (not literally). I run it through whatever quaddy I can scam off the studio, a crybaby wah, and on occasion my DOD multi-fx (which I also scored for bugger all at a sale), but I prefer amp distortion.

Picked it up for pocket change at a Music Junction sale a few years back. Also have a beat up old acoustic that my mum left to me.

    Thanks Dwight.
Yeah, the decision to buy the Precision Fretless was probably half based on looks! I've always loved clear finish basses.

I had nothing nice to say about segression, so now in hindsight I'm saying nothing.

Here's my old Ovation. It's about a 1982 Glenn Cambell Special. It has a smaller body than the legend.
