Too much stuff in not a big enough bag.
I kinda want a thinktank retrospective bag
u know what i never could understand how you can fit that much in one of those bag hahaha thats why i always went a lowepro.....
I don't think it's a bad idea t make a new V2 thread.
Original thread is 7 years old now.
2 x SB800
1 x small prime.
Still looks very small when worn as a backpack so never get questioned at the airport.
I'm actually interested in one of those 6MDH's Modafroman - if you ever consider upgrading to a larger one let me know and I'll happily buy it off you!
what bag is that hien?
Current setup, excuse the phone camera.
do it - they're awesome.
happily swallows a 7D with 70-200/2.8 on it.
Which one do you have? I'm considering getting one but not sure whether to go for a 20 or 30...?
Is it true that they aren't very well padded though? I do heaps of work in nightclubs and concert venues and I don't like my chances without some pretty substantial padding...
How would you rate the padding compare to the Crumpler bag pictured above? Been tempted on the Retro 30 myself recently...
That looks like the 20, the 30 is massive in comparison... You can see a review on youtube at the link below.
Is that a Vertex 200? Looks like it from the squared off top, looks a bit bigger than my Vertex 100, but not bigger than the Vertex 300 that I also have
na i want that bag hahaha its a computrekker plus aw i want a vertex iv got my macbook air 11 in the bottom but i think a vertex 100/200 should fit all my gear in it...
Think Tank Urban Disguise 50 or 60v2
135L, 5DII + Sigma 50/1.4, 17-40L
And then dump 580EXII, Sekonic L-358, Elinchrom Quadra Rangers on top
Planning to migrate over to a Crumpler Karachi Outpost ...
Lowepro Computrekker AW
- 1D3+70-200 2.8 IS
- 17-40L, 24-70L, 1.4X, 2X, 580EX II, 580EX
I also carry my 400 2.8 in its Canon Carry Case and another 1D3 in my suitcase along with my monopod when travelling. If local I just carry the 400+1D3+monopod, plus the Lowepro.
Top Half :
Bottom Half :
- Profoto AirS 600Ws pack/head
- Profoto trigger
And a bunch of other junk in random pockets, torch, shutter release, ND/CPL filters, batteries etc. Fits the 13" Air and/or iPad in the lid/door too if needed.
Ah why not, i'll bite. But only because I have the photos laying around.
The bag I carry around is a crumpler 5mdh, canon edition.
And for storage I use one of those bunnings craftright cases.
It's an old photo but, i've since sold both the 17-40 and 70-200
