Simple banana and lemon sorbet

    Juice of one or two lemons (roughly 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice)
    4 large bananas or 8 bobby bananas, skins removed and frozen
    2 flat tablespoons brown or raw sugar. White sugar will do if necessary.

    High-speed food blender using a blade attachment.

    Bananas should ideally be over-ripe before freezing, ie. either developing brown spots on the skin or getting a brown skin.
    Combine in blender, put in container, place in freezer for half hour, eat. Bananas must be frozen before processing however, if your blender isn't powerful enough to mulch frozen bananas they can be placed in the fridge for half an hour to partially defrost before processing.
