Woot woot, DessyTek shows mine as shipped:D

Have ordered a low profile Intel NIC, now to hunt for 5X2TB HDs:thumbup:

It'll most likely run ESXi plus Amahi and maybe Ubuntu Server:confused: Oh the conundrums:p

Mine has finally arrived this morning, ordered on Thursday night from HBO so it took a while. It was posted from HBO not like some others from importers or holding warehouses. Frankly don't care; it's here now, just waiting for 4 gig ram to arrive from Mega. Will install WHS on 2x 2t Sammy F4's with the help of ever reliable Stanza. Thanks in advance mate...

    Does it have a fan?

Edit: Yep, fanless, and 64-bit bus.

I got the Asus 512mb low profile 64-bit, fanless for $39 from SkyComp - was cheapest fanless within walking distance :)

DessyTek is a disgrace. Takes payment immediately, doesn't reply to emails, finally cancels the order, no refund as of this stage.

    Fanless,...:D:D

Any suggestion which software RAID I should use for windows server 2008? I have 3 different HDD(2x2tb and 1x1.5tb). I tried to use software RAID 5, but it only acknowledge 1.5tb for each HDD. I prefer to have 4TB and 1.5tb as mirror.Which Raid is this? Is this available on windows server 2008?

So has anyone managed to get a TV tuner (USB/PCI-E) in to one to see how they go?

I've installed WHS Vail on mine, works well. Would love a tuner to record TV for playback on my 360.

I called startrack too but moron said no con note means he can't help me with tracking.

Can't understand why startrack just deliver without giving them this thump.

I just received it around 10 minutes ago. That's almost exactly 48 hours from placing the order to taking delivery.

    Well done MegaBuy.
