    Dear folks

I have got friend of mine who has a kitchen factory and he was asking me if I am aware of any software (database) can be used by his receptionist when she receive a call from a client , she need to take his/her name and his/her details with his/her request rather than writing on a sticky note.

    Thanks

For what appears to be a simple task and storing and retrieving basic information from client calls, excel (with filters etc) is all you need.

It depends on how complex the data is and what you need to do with is as to what you will need.

Are there any cloud based sharepoint providers? A simple list would do the job.
