If they can make it BF1 with star wars skin at the very least I'll be happy. But I agree I've stopped pre-ordering most games these days. I'll only pre-order a CD Projekt Red game.

I quite liked BF1 but it didnt feel like a complete game and making France DLC was absolute mind bogglingly retarded, i got it cheap so i dont feel burnt but yeah i am gonna wait for a more complete edition this time. I hate to say it but i miss BF4 and BF1-BC2
oh for sure 2142 had some very innovative ideas that every COD since MW2 copied as well I reckon the last decent game in the series was Bad Company 2, BF3 and 4 felt like downgrades and BF1 while technically impressive was really a let down it was so thin on the ground in content had a terrible launch
I loved BF3, sure there were unresolved issues but all in all I got about 700-800 hrs of it and was still playing 2 years after launch. So I will say all downhill after that . I am not surprised I am hearing that the player base of BF1 is significantly dropping after just 6 months. I'll be waiting for reviews and see the game play before even considering buying this.
BF1 dropped like a stone just like Fucking Hardline (ewww shudder) and Battlefront. If SWBF2 (2017) actually has some longevity ill buy it.
Battlefront 2 Trailer here: 'Real game engine footage'. I'm not being sucked into the pre-order again. I wonder if this will be $160+ again... I am sure anyone else who is a fan of Star Wars and wants this FPS to succeed, hopes they learn from their mistakes.
Yeah the hype train is just trying to make a return journey. At least it looks like they've put a single player campaign in this one No way will I be parting my money for it though, I can see this going the same way as the first, literally empty servers
EA, enough said. Must be nearly the most expensive triple AAA game publisher around at the moment. If anyone does buy it, get it from the singapore origin store via VPN (tunnelbear or similar works fine).
