Cost me $70. I'm simply pointing out that 'free' isn't so free.

Yes! It's called "free to play" not "free but hugely limited" other games do it, Aion, DCUO, age of Conan, the new guild wars 2 will be f2p. I don't think my expectations are unreasonable. I mean it's so limited they limit FPs? How bloody stupid! I don't mind paying for a sub if the game is good, Im more than happy to pay for my WoW and now Tera subs as I enjoy them, but I didn't enjoy SW:ToR enough to pay for it for more than 2 months. Clearly many people agree otherwise they wouldn't be going F2P after only approx 1 year. Aion for example I originally purchased but it was too laggy to justify subbing for not to mention the game was seriously dead. Since it went f2p the game is way more popular now and I enjoy it enough to purchase ingame items. I would much prefer if new players had more limitations than previous subs and people who pay get full access like the way they handled the DCUO f2p. Also unlimited FPs for EVERYONE! Considering how much you travel in zones that's a retarded decision

I paid $70 for it, but I got it the weekend it came out. I'm not surprised its much cheaper now

i played at launch too. you got it for too much!

do note that EA spent more money on SWTOR than blue aliens on Pandora, they need an incentive to recover some of that investment. or games like these will never be funded again.

I think that's a good thing most of the time, especially in this case.

Gave a few hundred people jobs working over the life of the project. I dont see why it's a bad thing. ;)

True, but for mediocrity? Now they also have "I worked on a $200M game and it failed so hard we all got fired" on their resume.

I sort of lost interest in this game after hitting 50 on a few toons. Couldnt find a "niche" I enjoyed PvP with, unlike my Arms Warrior or Dest Warlock from WoW.

Giving GW2 a crack at the moment, its a good break from the both TOR and WoW.

I have not touched the game in 5 months.

I still miss the graphics tho and the way the coats moved.

Sorta upset they didn't do that for GW2

I just started playing this game two weeks ago. I tried it using trial account and got hooked. Is anyone from OCAU playing on Dalborra - Empire? :upset:

    Yep. Dalborra Empire.

I think at the moment, the fact that the impending free to play is coming, a lot of people have set it down to play other games. Once F2P comes I imagine that there's going to be a lot more players coming in again to fill the servers.

Yeah. They will sign up when it's F2P. But the content limitation sucks though.

I kinda miss the game ...

Having only played a Sentinel and Scoundrel, I'll be looking into it again when its F2P

The game lost its appeal i guess when there was limited people and guilds who wanted to run ranked WZ's
