    Lots of neat tricks.

    Gameplay looks shit though.

Would be cool if they made a good game out of it.

Looks pretty cool. The movements look awkward. Will try it out.

This has spread like wildfire among my circle this afternoon. We're all pulling it down now. Looks awesome, plenty of potential!

Does that scene remind anyone else of the opening cinematic of Starcraft Broodwars with marines fighting the zerg in a trench?

    Two zerglings rush a marine.
The marine fires his weapon, runs out of ammo. Hesitates.
(A rocket takes out a zergling)
(Another rocket takes out the second)
The marine marches up to another one breathing heavily and yells "Who's in charge here?" and the second marine looks back at him, and points up.
A Battlecruiser leaves the theatre of war.
The first marine looks up at the leaving ship.
    *More zerg charge the trench*

    That looks like fun. :)

Downloaded and playing now. Optimized unity engine runs like a dog on my i7/gtx460. Movement is indeed clunky.

Their site is down too, the torrent is the best way to get it (300mb).

I grabbed it a minute ago, and it's about to be deleted.
It's so slow. I have an older Q9450 with 8Gb ram and a GTX560Ti and it runs absolute crap. Even on some of the lowest settings it's terrible.

I'd advise giving it a miss until it runs better at a decent resolution.

Damn that looks good. Graphics look really good, plus I love the physics engine. I'm not so sure about how tough the aliens appear. Would prefer more of them!

Will see if I can give this a crack, sounds like it requires quite the computer to run it though. I'm running a Clevo P150HMA with a ATI 6990M, we'll see how I go.

Ran fine on my machine. Was running in 1680x1050 on 'good' quality. Got an amd 1055t with a amd 6870 and 4gb of ram. *shrugs*
Only time i 'chugged' a bit was when digging, all stuff that can be ironed out. Defiantly alpha but looks interesting.

I hope someone (Notch!?) buys them up or they hire someone on to get it going in a good direction - this game and the general concept has so much potential, I don't want to see it die.

Imagine if they stacked this with something like the highly modular item/vehicle options available in a game like Earth 2150 so you could design your own turrets and vehicles... :wired:

With such a powerful engine I hope they can scale it out nicely.

I misread the title, and nearly had a heart attack.
