Anyone know if Prototype 1 is good on PC and keyboard/mouse controls are decent?

Something broken with the Australian pricing, maybe they had a different distributor for the deluxe edition, but it shows up as $7.49 for me (same price for the normal version)

It's not even that gory. Soldier of Fortune 1 and 2 were just as bad.

edit - I'm sure every person in the World knows this, but Limbo is an awesome game and is $2.50 right now.

well i think it got censored mostly because it had some gore AND it was going to be hugely popular.

also for $2.50 Limbo isn't a bad deal though the game can feel a little depressing being all black/white and grey.

    Updated with new flash deals.

I thought it was fun and didn't have any issues with KB/mouse.

Prototype is great with kb/mouse. I hated it on Xbox.

This is making me download it again, I hated it on PS3 with a passion but wanted to like it but played infamous instead. Must try on PC :)

I found relying on thumbsticks to aim at things (like the big room full of mutants towards the start where you need to blow up tanks) was equivilant to putting your genitals in a meat grinder. Mouse and KB was like child's play.

I think also as the other game at the time was infamous, and it was fucking fantastic control wise and gameplay wise that for me prototype felt half assed. but the controls always sucked on the ps3 (for me).

I listened to a podcast where they described it as a chaos simulator and if they simply took the protagonist out and replaced him with The Hulk the game would have been more fun. I then wanted a hulk sim :(

I play it more like a cannot-die Parkour sim but yeah it's great on PC.
