Hey guys, need a bit of help, for some reason I cannot create an ReFS pool under Windows 10, it says

    can't delete the storage space
    parameter is incorrect

    But NTFS works fine.
Any ideas? Googlefu is failing me.

I can make a two way mirror in ReFS just fine though.

I get the same error when i try and add a second ReFS storage space on Win10 (1607).

2 x 2tb in mirror with ReFS worked fine. Then adding another either mirror or single drive pool as ReFS throws that error, no problems with NTFS. All drives are hanging off a M1015.

After googling and coming up empty i decided to build a OpenMediaVault box with Snapraid and MergeFS.

Sorry i can't be of much help.

From my own experience ReFS was only working on a mirrored store.

I'm not sure if that is a design feature, or just a limitation from the Windows 10 ReFS version.

Anything past 2 drives in a mirror I needed to use NTFS.

Good to see I'm not alone. I ended up just using my cards' RAID5 function, although kinda wanted to go with ReFS for bit rot protection, and a bit of fun.
