    Hi all,

I've been out of the computing world for some years now (last I remember Q6600 CPU's were awesome). I'm looking to create a new computer for home use, so I'm looking for a little advice into what I should go with parts wise and roughly how much I should spend on each. Is it better to go for a higher spec'd CPU or video card? I'll be needing a case, psu, mobo, cpu, video card, hard drive & ram.

I'm planning on using the PC for:
    - Occasional gaming (Sims 4 & Tycoon games etc)
    - Photoshop & Dreamweaver use
    - Surfing the web (of course)

I have set my budget for the build at around $700, if we could come in under that would be fantastic.

I will also be using two screens (I already have them so won't need to buy)

    Cheers guys
