Currently roaming around Santorini, seen so many weddings making me wish I was shooting a wedding here.

Waiting for sunset like the other 150K tourists on the island. Luckily, as soon as the sun set most of them leave the vantage point so I managed to squeeze through for a shot or two.

Yeah its a magical place... I've seen a few wedding sets from friends that were married over there and whilst they do look great, most photographers seem to struggle to find some variety.

Fantastic shot. Like the combo of dying sky light showing blues and violets and lights within the buildings showing warm golden colours.

    Now, where's Wally??

The lighting of Santorini is similar Perth so would be perfect for me :).

Just pack up and come over :) I would recommend coming during of season though, in 2 weeks time everything will be 1/2 price and the number of tourist will drop from 150K to about nil in Oct. Walking down the main strip took 45mins last night at sunset, when I woke up this morning at 5am it took 10min to do the same distance :).

LOL, it's amazing how many people got DSLR these days, luckily they all left when the sun set and not realise about golden hour :). I'll see if I can take a shot of the crown today to show how crazy its here.

Hmm .. I took most of the shot :p Jen's there to look pretty ;) but she'll tell you otherwise.

Went back to reshoot this scene with a wide angle. To include sunset and moon rise, so surreal !! So far my fav photo of he trip.

I think the Europeans are the only people that clapped and cheered at sunset, it's as though they're watching opera or something :)

That's the best by far. Love it!

With so many tourist on the island, the only way to avoid the crowd in peak season is to wake up at 5am for a photoshoot.

They look great! Reminds me of the postcards I bought back in 2008 when I was on the island. Did you go over to the volcano?
