    12GB Super Talent 2200C8 @6-6-6-20 1t

Quick runs seeing as 2 modules out of 6 can do 900mhz 6-6-6-20 1T at 1.7v memtest86+ v4.10 and the other 4 modules only do 894mhz 6-6-6-20 1T at 1.7v memtest86+ v4.10, then for just single 32M Pi test, 6x2GB Super Talent 2200C8 falling in around:

    • 879Mhz 6-6-6-20 1T at 1.7v with CPU VTT 1.4125v
    • 885mhz 6-6-6-20 1T at 1.7v with CPU VTT 1.425v
    • 889mhz 6-6-6-20 1T at 1.72v with CPU VTT 1.4375v
    • 894mhz 6-6-6-20 1T at 1.72v with CPU VTT 1.44375v

    Bootable at 879Mhz 6-6-6-20 1T at 1.66v with CPU VTT 1.3875v

That's some beautiful ram and very nice overclock results Eva, making me jealous of those rams!, how much did it cost for a 4 gb set?

    He bought them from here

Also note the single 2gb module

    :)

edit, i think he got jacked as they lowered their price by $10 some time after he ordered them. He might have got them while the exchange rate was good though.

Nice, the exchange rate is getting crap now, I think I'll wait for it to get better if I consider ordering those rams, thx for the links.

thanks got them from ewiz's ebay accounts when price was higher 2x2GB kit US$200 each and exchange rate was still crap LOL

US$650 all up for 12GB 2200C8 which after exchange rate, CC fees etc = AUD$798 to be precise :)

still after looking at recent local ddr3 memory prices (sky high now), it's still a good deal at US$180 for 2x2GB 2200C8 kits for elpida hyper ics

heads up 6GB Super Talent 2000C8 set is being sold by bob(nz) http://forums.overclockers.com.au/showthread.php?t=878679 - basically same elpida hyper ics just binned differently :)

    thanks

How about triple channel @DDR3-2462.8Mhz 8-8-8-24 1T at 1.74v with just 1.50v CPU VTT with water cooled i7 980X :D

    @DDR3-2000Mhz 8-8-8-24 1T at 1.64v

    First safe voltage for 8-8-8-24 1T clocks, how about 8x32M Pi @DDR3-2000Mhz 8-8-8-24 1T at 1.64v and 1.35v CPU VTT :)

    Now still under 1.4v CPU VTT, 8x32M Pi @DDR3-2206Mhz 8-8-8-24 1T at 1.68v and 1.39375v CPU VTT

    8x32M PI under load

for the love of baby farm animals, i cant figure out my 12GB overclock settings.

Highest ive done so far is 1400 @1.68v using 175bClk but that needs 1.48V QPi

Getting to that setting kept seeing BSOD of the 101 and 124 variety.

i see you had 1.7v with 12GB at that high speed.

Im trying to get 1600RAM with 200bclk, or 1600ram with 166bclk.

dont really have the time to do all the testing though, its my main pc.

could you post some bios screens of the volts for each setting if its no problem.

    hi eva...

These are nice Super Talent modules. Each reveiw i read in PC user it should explain the IC used.. He yea sure if the editor had that much input... Or know?

Are there a brand of Super Talent Eclipse if u care to tell.
    Send it eva2000

I have a plan to maybe get these or out of every Elpida Hyper/Micron DDR3.. I want to build another sys then ha ha ill rebuild next year with whats out then.

Very impressive though.. These IC's prove evidence there the best overclocers..
