Tarn Shelf & "Fagus"

    From a walk this afternoon at Tarn Self, Mt Field National Park.
    I don't usually get caught up in the hysteria that surrounds "the turning of the Fagus" (Nothofagus Gunnii, Tassies only native deciduous plant), But add a dump of fresh powder and it was too much to resist.

    Yep, a couple of hours drive there and a couple of hours to do the walk to the hut there.
