Here's something though, in general, I wouldn't say there's a good class for any given map. Every class is needed on every map (this being less important if you're playing arena). It's all about teamwork..

Snipers take out heavies and anyone else standing in the open
Spies take out snipers and sentries
Pyros spew fire everywhere to take out spies and anyone else they can get within range of
Demos lay traps and take out sentries
Sollies are the closest thing to a 'kill everything' class
Heavies lay down suppressing fire or defend a point/cart.
Scouts either harass snipers or get the intel/cart if they can avoid being killed
Engies set up teleporters and dispensers to get his team to the front and sentries to protect whatever could use some protection (if you went engy from playing BFBC2, I'm assuming you might've tried to actually kill people with your guns.. definitely not something an engy should try to do all the time)
Medics keep everyone alive and allow an assault when they ubercharge someone.

Any team with everyone going one class will get hammered by its counter. It's more of a rock/paper/scissors game.

Spend a bit more time, you'll get used to it, and it's quite likely you'll come to love it when you get what's going on :)

I'd say play lots of medic if you want to see how the different classes work while still being very useful, play sollie if you want to get some good blasting in while you do :)

Fat chance, most demo's can barely pipe, sticky spam is what gets them the kills

its not about skill. up to 128 stickies at any one time can make a compelling argument.

wtf 14 refined for the Sam and Max head.
And 8 refined for Bills Hat.
Both are promotional items that aren't rare. What's with the high demand?

You're dreaming if you think you can pick up a Max Head for 14 refined.
Earbuds are selling at that price, but a Max Head can be traded 1:1 for an Unusual hat.

    Why so expensive?
Beats me - I would never trade my Unusual for a fkn rabbit head, but that's what "the market" has decided they are worth.

Max Heads are very sought after and are regarded as reliable trading currency. They are indeed limited.

A Max Head is worth somewher between $75-100 and will get you a 1:1 trade for a lower end unusual.

Bill's hat is nowhere near worth this much, it's more likely around the $20 mark.

This all depends on who you trade with. If someone is desperate at the time to get one, they may offer more.

I sold my Max Set + Earbuds for $80 I think it was a few months back. Just as the Max Set went Vintage. Pretty good considering I traded 2 random hats for the Max Set and about 3 hats for the Earbuds.

Heh I sold my whole collection of hats at sourceop.com. Made $650 total. Not bad considering it's free money.

Zero. I never opened any boxes hehe. Had every vintage in game along with some promo stuff like earbuds/bills etc and had a max set. Max set got me 90+20+25=135 alone.

I usually play on node #12; good payload rotation. Good players; not much trading.
