I've posted pics of the Melbourne AUG group before. Just a bunch of old farts showing off their retro systems, playing old games and demo's and helping each other rectify issues with our machines and demoing new 'retro' hardware/upgrades.

    It's great fun!

And if you can't identify the "really odd person", then it's you.

Lol I'd like to go to one of these meets, sounds like fun. Is there coffee?
I'll see if my next Oz trip co-insides with one of these.

    :)

Hoping for a Perth user group meet or something?
Are there any W.A. Amiga owners here?

I almost started a new thread for this, I'm sure some of you will be aware of it already but I first heard about it this morning.

Decided to do some upgrades on an A600 I had lying around (+1MB Chipmem, Furia Accelerator, 3.x ROM, HxC Floppy Emulator, Workbench 3.1 CF Hard Disk). Install was super easy, and it all appears to work, now just need to figure out how to drive this thing, never used an Amiga before in my life!

Also, need to find some sort of bracket to mount the HXC Floppy Emulator Slim in the case properly.
