I got something from Germany not that long ago (Individual computers) and amigastore.eu (Spain) never stopped as far as I can tell.

I ordered towards the end of July, the might be the difference.

I'm currently looking at the HC508 MKII, it is more that suitable for my purposes.

I haven't ordered one yet, the Electromyne order is for something else, my reference to difficulty shipping out of Germany came from them, I recently ordered a few bits from AmigaKit, they didn't mention any issues with shipping.

Wow, this is a shot through the heart...I really wanted a TF360 badly :(

EDIT: Actually, TerribleFire aka Stephen Leary posted this update a few days ago:

"I have thought about a few things and i have come up with a "wind down" strategy. Hopefully it will keep everyone happy.

TF360 will get produced by supaduper and alenppc only (unless someone can make a great case to me). I dont think there are masses of demand for this and almost none in, lets call them, problematic countries. CD32 people have waited patiently".

I hope that he comes back, I kind of assume he will. He just has too much passion for the Amiga to go out this way.

Do you think the Amiga community can be quite toxic at times?

Its funny, in forums where people are very passionate about the forum content, occurrences like this are bound to happen, hopefully he will come back. Car forums are the same. :)

Neither have I, but these hardware vendors always seem to be involved in some form of drama? Whether it be Jens or Stephen, there always seems to be some form of debacle.

Are the vendors/developers of the hardware the issue?

the dude that does all the TF stuff does long development videos on his YT channels. You can really see the process and all the work going in (or at least you could).

This is precisely why companies have sales and marketing people, and don't let nerds near customers.

(Also why I'm never allowed to talk to customers in my jobs).
