Hah hah, yeh it's been a while. That copper lug is just a spare evap which I haven't drilled yet.
Suction line on, w/SLA.
eXtreme cooling ftw
HEHE, looks dodgy as, but I don't really care 3D11/Vantage is all I care about.
Final evac with my state of the art evac device.
Had some time to charge it up. Ready for action. Total build cost $0
Should be around -40c ish.
do you work for Al Qaeda ?
bring on the oc world records!
Hah, how'd you know?
Unfortunately, I won't be setting any world records with this little beast. Not really to sure what kind of load it will be able to hold. Sports a 1/4hp compressor & condenser/desuperheater is pretty good so it should do alright
not many other careers that would teach you to do that
how far away from strapping it to a cpu are you?
Going onto a GTX580 Hopefully in about a week I'll give it a testrun.
Thread revival Man I get the bug for a week or two then I cbf'd for a couple of months or years. Is this real life?
Anyway, dug up my little phaser again only to find it leaking badly Found the leak pretty quick Soapy water is the best way to find leaks if you don't have an electronic one.
Anyway, after a quick fix & now I've got a proper digital thermometer 28c ambients.
Was thinking about sticking it onto a GTX680 but I'm having second thought now.
so u strapped it to a cpu YET!?!?!?!
Haha not yet, hopefully this time it's gonna happen. cpu e8400 possibly (if I win it in the FS section )
*heads to fs section to bump up the price*
awesome missed ya mate
Missed u to bro
Getting ready for ivy?
Heh, unfortunately no. Just benching some low end hardware to start with.
Bahahaha. Glad to know my CPU has gone to a nice home!
