The best $50, $100 and $150 USB headset microphone for a desktop PC

I'm just wondering what is the best $50, $100 and $150 USB only headset and microphone that people are using for dictation.

I don't listen to anything through the headphones/earphones but am looking for a good high-quality noise cancelling microphone and assume that a headset will be the best way to go as it will give the microphone and an equal distance to my mouth as I continually move about when sitting at my desk.

    Requirements

    USB only

    Noise cancelling microphone

    Thanks

All I can say is good luck with any upgrade. I've got several headsets hoping they would be "better". Perhaps something that claims to be for dictation would be better, but I've been reluctant to throw any more money at these things in hope - but for my sore ears after long-time use, the cheapy logitechs do the job.
