I don't want to download torrents.

I DO want the highest speed on Netflix to watch the US etc shows at full quality on a 4k TV.

Hola is great, but restricts the speed and therefore my Netflix looks horrible.

What is the best site for the fastest Netflix ONLY global experience.

Budget is about $100 per year.

If you just want to watch other region Netflix you don't want a VPN, you want a DNS like getflix or uflix

That link has nothing to do with Netflix, it's only relating to HBO and Foxtel, who are well known to be money grubbing arseholes. Won't affect Netflix, which is what the OP is looking at.

If it's only for Netflix geoblock, get a DNS service - and use their DNS IP's on your Netflix box.
Much cheaper than full encrypted VPN service, and no performance hit that brings..

    http://www.getflix.com.au/pricing
Less that $2.80 US a month.

    https://uflix.com.au/pricing/
As low as $20 AUD a year.

Both have 2 week trials for you to test first..

Buy a digital ocean VPS in the USA for 5 dollars a month and set up your own PPTP server. It's simple. And also the IP range won't come from a known VPN provider so you might have less chance of getting disconnected.

DNS is your best option as with the DNS options, Netflix will still serve out of the new AU local cache's which makes it super fast for most ISPs.

Using a VPN service means you are requesting even the content from a different location, they'll serve you local to that location and your VPN will be hauling it all the way back to AU.
